Might be you are required to share the monthly Mint Mobile bill statements with your company for reimbursement purpose and want to download it.
As Mint Mobile isn’t offering any direct service to download the bill statement, below are some ways those can be used to share the bill data.
Method 1: Through Mint Mobile App
- Log in to Your Account: Once you’ve opened the app, log in to your Mint Mobile account using your email address and password.
- View Your Transaction History: On the home screen, select the “Account” tab. From there, choose “Transaction History” to see a list of your past payments.
The “Transaction History” displays the date of plan purchase and the total cost, while the “My Plan” screenshot displays the renewal date. This should provide all the necessary information for proof of payment.
You can download or print the transaction history for your Mint Mobile and use it as the bill statement as an alternate.
Method 2: Through Receipt of Payment
The first time you purchase a Mint Mobile plan, you will receive an email with a receipt of payment.
You can use that receipt as an alternate option for showing the Mint Mobile active data plan.
However, if you have an ongoing subscription, you won’t receive an email with a receipt every time you renew your plan. Instead, you can view your transaction history in the app.
In case you need to provide proof of payment to someone else, you can take a screenshot of your transaction history, including the phone number, billing effective date, account name, and billing address attached to the account.
