  • Go to Main Menu and choose Phone Dial.
  • Dial ##DATA# (3282)
  • Choose Edit.
  • Enter the 6 Digit MSL Code given by Customer Care when prompted to enter Service Code or MSL.
  • Navigate to MMSC Settings under Advanced Settings or MMS Settings.
  • Edit the MMSC URL to be http://mms.plspictures.com.
  • Now, select the Home button and return to the Main Menu.
  • Reboot the Device.

How To Fix Red Pocket Text Not Working?

If you’re unable to send or receive texts with Red Pocket, start by checking your device’s signal strength.
