1. Turn On And Off Airplane Mode While Network Not register

To turn on and off ‘Airplane Mode’ on android,

  • Swipe down to gain access to quick settings menu

For iPhone,

  • Swipe down from the upper right corner to gain access to control center
  • Select ‘Airplane Mode’ icon

2. Restart Your Device To Connect With TracFone Network

Restarting your mobile device is another simple method to solve the “Not Registered On Network’ issue. Restarting the device will help you to establish a new connection with the network  and help your device to fix bugs temporarily. 

To Restart android mobile,

  • Press Power button
  • Hold it 5 to 10 seconds
  • A pop-up menu will appear, select ‘Restart’ 

To restart  iPhone,

  • Press The volume and power button for a few second
