- If you are a deployed military personnel then you can place your unlocking request with Mint Mobile after showing your deployment papers.
- You can request to unlock your phone once every 12 months.
- To request unlocking you must be a customer of record with Mint Mobile on the service. In discretion, Mint Mobile can request your proof to show that you are indeed a customer of record.
Mint Mobile can refuse any unlocking request if they find it is against the unlocking policy. Mint Mobile can also change any of the unlocking policies without any prior notice.
