  • If you are a deployed military personnel then you can place your unlocking request with Mint Mobile after showing your deployment papers.
  • You can request to unlock your phone once every 12 months.
  • To request unlocking you must be a customer of record with Mint Mobile on the service. In discretion, Mint Mobile can request your proof to show that you are indeed a customer of record.
