Why VOXI Not Working Abroad?

Voxi not working abroad could be due to several reasons:

  1. Roaming Not Enabled: Your roaming settings may not be activated. Roaming needs to be turned on to use your phone abroad.

1. Enable Roaming

You need to enable Data Roaming to use VOXI in other countries. Follow the steps to enable Data Roaming.

For Ios:

  • Go to “Settings” > “Cellular“.
  • Tap “Cellular Data” Options.
  • Make sure that “Data Roaming” is turned on.

For Android:

  • Go to “Settings > Connections > Mobile” networks.
  • Make sure “Data roaming” is toggled on.

2. Check VOXI Account

Verify that your VOXI account is in good standing and that you have an appropriate roaming package active.

  • Go to the “VOXI website” and click on “Log In” at the top right.
  • Enter your phone number and password to access your account.
  • Click on “My Account” and go to “Account Settings” to view details like your personal info, password, marketing preferences etc.
  • Go to “My Usage” to see your monthly data usage, minutes used, texts sent.
  • Go to “My Bills” to access your monthly bills and payment history.
  • Click on “Roaming Add-Ons” to check any international roaming packs you may have purchased.

3. Check That Particular Country Availability

You will need to purchase a “European Roaming Pass” from VOXI to use your phone service.

For all other international destinations not listed above, you have two options:

  • Top up your VOXI account balance with credit” to use for roaming

4. Update The Device Software

Updating Device software will fix any bugs or issues related to Network and other mobile applications.

For iOS:

  • Go to “Settings” > “General” > “About.
  • If an update is available, you’ll see an option to update your carrier settings.

For Android:

  • Go to “Settings” > “About phone “> “Software update.
  • Download and install any available updates.

5. Reset The Network Settings

Resetting Network settings will provide you with a clean slate and reconfigure the network.
