You can have only one Cricket International feature added per billing cycle. If you want to add another feature then remove the current feature first before adding another one.

How To Turn On International Roaming On Cricket Wireless?
International roaming is available as an International feature on Cricket Wireless which you can add using My Account online or the MyCricket app on your phone.
Below are the steps to add International Features to Cricket Wireless using My Account online:
- Sign in to My Account on the Cricket Wireless website.
- The page will show a summary of your current plan and features.
- Select a line, then “Features”. Click on “Add Features”.
- Under monthly features, you can select Cricket International and Cricket International Extra. You can only add one feature per billing cycle.
- Click on “Add to Cart”.
- Schedule your change of feature for either today or the next billing cycle. Review your information. If you selected today to change feature then provide your payment information and accept terms and conditions.
- Click on “Submit”.
Below are the steps to add International Features to Cricket Wireless using MyCricket App:
- Open the MyCricket app on your phone.
- Select a line if you have multiple lines on your account.
- Tap on “Manage Features” and then add a four-digit PIN when prompted. Tap on “Next”.
- Tap on “Add-on Features”.
