After you have put the order in Verizon, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. The email will have an order tracking number and an expected delivery date.

In case you want to track your order and you can’t find the email then you will have to Open Verizon App >>tap on the Account tab at the bottom (You might have to enter your ID if prompted) >> go to My Orders page in Verizon >> Select the Order you want to track and from here you can track your order by clicking on the order that you want to track and then clicking on the link that contains the tracking number.

After this, you will be able to track the shipment. If you cannot see the link with the tracking number then that means your device hasn’t shipped yet.
