  • Search for “Instagram” and see if there are any available updates.
  • If an update is available, tap on “Update” to install it.

2. Restart Your Device

  • Turn off your device completely.
  • Wait for a few seconds and then turn it back on.
  • Open the Instagram app and check if dark mode is working now.

3. Disable and Re-enable Dark Mode

  • Open the Instagram app on your device.

Note: Dark mode cannot be directly turned on or off within the Instagram app for iPhone. Turning on dark mode in your iPhone’s device settings will enable dark mode for several apps, not just Instagram.
