When you have added money or a gift card to your Lyft Cash balance you can then use Lyft Cash easily.
In case you don’t have enough balance on Lyft Cash then your default payment method would get charged by Lyft.
How To Add Money In Lyft Cash?
Steps To Add Money In Lyft Cash:
- Open Lyft App on your Phone.
- Login to your account.
- Tap on the Menu.
- Go to the Payment Tab.
- Now, tap on Add Cash.
- Select the amount you want to Add.
- Enable Auto refill to top up your balance automatically when it is low.
How To Use The Lyft Pass?
When you have been given a Lyft Pass from any organization then you can use it for your next ride. However, there might be certain restrictions or eligibility criteria that you need to meet before you can use the pass.
To know the restrictions you can go to the Payment Tab by following the procedures from the above section and then view the Lyft Pass from there.
After you have made sure that your next ride does not contain any restrictions said in the Pass, you can use the pass for your personal ride.
Remember to select the ride as Personal and select ‘Personal [Credit card XXXX] + Promo’ for your ride.
Otherwise, the Lyft Pass will not work with your ride as the pass only works for Personal rides.
How To Use Lift Gift Card?
Steps to Use Lift Gift Card:
- Open Lyft and log into your account.
- Tap on Menu in the left top corner.
- Select the Gift card icon.
- Enter the gift card code and PIN.
And that’s it! Now you can use the card balance while you are trying to use a ride for your next destination.
Note: In case you can’t see the Gift Card option in Menu then go to Payment and then add the Gift Card from there.
How To Use Lyft Promo Code?
Steps To Use Lyft Promo Code:
- Open the Lyft app and log in to your account.
- Tap on Menu from the top left.
- Then tap Rewards.
- Navigate to Enter promo code and add your promo code.
- Select Apply.
