1. Cancel Pending Payment Through The Chase App

  • Select Auto loans/lease payments from MY CHASE PAYMENTS (PENDING/PAST).
  • Select Cancel and then confirm on the next screen on the payment you want to cancel.

Follow these steps to cancel online scheduled automatic payments:

  • Go to the Chase app and sign in.
  • Select Pay & Transfer.
  • Select Automatic payments from the MY CHASE PAYMENTS (PENDING/PAST) menu.
  • Select your Auto account from the drop-down option next to See automatic payments.
  • On the next page, select Turn Off and confirm that you wish to turn it off.
