  • Go to “App Store/ Play Store” ( Depends on OS)
  • Search “Navy Federal Credit Union App” on the Search bar
  • If an update is available, you will see the “Update” button next to the app and Click on it.
  • If you cannot find the Update button, the app is already running in the latest version.

4. Clear Cache and Cookies

Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can often resolve display and login issues. Go to your browser settings and clear the browsing data, then attempt to access the dashboard again.

Google Chrome:

  • Open “Chrome” and click on the three-dot icon” in the top-right corner.
